OUR CREW

You'll be in great hands with our crew!  March Dragon's experienced captain and chef/mate intuitively know how to make guests feel welcome, safe, and ensure that they have a memorable and good time.  They are experts at sailing and creating a fun atmosphere.  These two have extensive knowledge regarding water sports and other activities, plus Janey is a culinary genius.

Captain: Nicholas Fusco * Irish National

Nick brings years of experience sailing all over the world to the March Dragon team.  As a former route manager and captain for Yacht Week in the Med for many years and over 10 years as a sailing instructor in Ireland and the BVI's Nick has the background and knowledge to ensure March Dragon guests have the best possible experience sailing in the most beautiful region in the world.  His high energy and fun demeanor is a big hit with guests and we look forward to his leadership aboard March Dragon.

Chef/ 1st Mate: Janey Bryant * South African National

“As a person who has grown up with a love for cooking, I have developed a passion for making healthy tasty food and sharing it with others.  I am a naturally organized, neat person, which transcends into my work ethic." 

 

I’ve had a stable career in hospitality throughout my life and having completed my first season on a sailboat in Croatia, and then moving onto a private sailboat in the Caribbean, working in the yachting industry has been my most successful achievement in my career and I enjoy every moment of it.”

March Dragon has many water toys and exciting activities to enjoy on your vacation.  Whether you are looking to seek adventure, see nature, or just relax, you can find it here.  And because the water can be a bit brisk during the winter we are equipped with several men's and women's wet suits for guest enjoyment too!

GOURMET MEALS

You are in for a treat!

 

Every dragon needs a Wizard…Ours is Chef Janey!  She prepares delicious, nutritious, culinary creations, using healthy fresh ingredients. Get excited, she’s planning 3 beautiful meals a day, just for you, plus snacks and desserts too.  While Janey is working her magic in the kitchen, you will never go hungry and she will happily accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and other requests.  She also makes gourmet pizzas with a fast fire pizza oven and homemade ice cream onboard as well!

Beverages:

Fresh fruit juices, drip coffee and gourmet French press, iced tea, a variety of hot teas, refreshing spa water with limes, cucumbers, and other flavor enhancers, sodas, wine, liquor, and other alcoholic beverages as requested.  We also serve artisan roasted coffee from a Indian River Coffee Company in Melbourne, Florida.
